The Strato Steam
Steamer is the First Configurable Boilerless Steamer
With a Patented
Convection Steam Distribution System, the Strato Steam can begin
producing steam in less than 5 minutes from a cold start-up the
quick pre-heat speeds cooking time, allowing for more product
to be cooked. Along with the splash proof side mounted controls, the
Strato Steam requires no fan or blower and has a boilerless design
meaning no routine delimmng and low maintenance.

Power
Source . . .
Electric. One power source for
controls and elements as well as one ground wire. a positive
found connection is essential.
Controls . . .
- On/Off lever: Single switch for
operation in which when the amber Power light is illuminated
this indicates the unit is on.
- 60 Minute Timer: Time can be between 1 and 60 minutes.
- When time expires, buzzer sounds. Buzzer can be disabled
by turning knob to manual position. Timer has no effect on
the operation of the steamer
- Service Request Light: Unit signals when service is needed
Water Quality

Water quality is the major factor
affecting the performance of your appliance. if you are
unsure of water quality, consult a local water treatment specialist
and have the water analyzed. your water supply must be
within these general guidelines:
Total dissolved solids - less than 60 ppm, Total
alkalinity - less than 20 ppm, Silica - less than
13ppm, Chlorine - less than 1.5ppm, pH Factor -
7.0-8.5.
Water which fails to meet these standards should be treated
by installation of water conditioner
