The Roundup Miracle
Steamer is the latest addition to our steam technology product
line. The Miracle Steamer features two steam options.
For instant steam that quickly reheats items or melts cheese, a
simple push button releases dry super heated steam into the food
chamber. Because the steam is released from the top of the
food chamber, heat penetration is very efficient.
For items that
require longer cooking timers, a programmable time cycle is also
provided. This steam program can be completely customized for
your operation and food items. The time cycle is adjustable
from 0 to 99:59. The intervals between steam shots is also
adjustable in 5 second increments.
The simple to use
spatula system allows for easy transfer and removal of the items to
be steamed. The compact size means the Miracle Steamer can fit
in any location. These features make the Miracle Steamer ideal
for melting cheese, reheating food items, wrap style sandwiches, as
well as steam cooking a wide variety of food items.
The spatula and base
plate are removable so clean up is quick and simple at the end of
the day. Like all Roundup steamers, the Miracle Steamer
features our patented open steam generator design. This
feature allows you to use plain tap water without clogging the
system generator or the use of demineralizer systems.
The Miracle Steamer
is built with rugged stainless steel construction and will provide
many years of dependable service.
